"Impressive on a busy Saturday night"

Although the department looked, and was, extremely busy could see the professionalism and patient centred care beautifully... Yes, needed to wait in an area that wasn’t a cubicle at times, but for each part of care where a cubicle was needed one was available immediately. Staff were friendly, reassuring for someone who can be anxious. Unfortunately not my local A&E, but should I need to revisit I know I will be in safe hands. Very Impressed. (Would’ve filled in the Friends and Family Test online but couldn’t work out how to find it, would have liked the staff on the night I was there to receive my thoughts directly as they were brilliant)
