"Brilliant abd caring service"

I have been a patient at this surgery for 5 years and have been cared for them through surgery, family bereavement and more routine medical matters. I think they provide an outstanding service at a time when the NHS is under huge strain. The receptionists are helpful and friendly and the medical staff efficient and compassionate. (With one exception, but I am reliably informed that, though his manner is insensitive, he is an excellent doctor, so he is not without redeeming features. But, one grumpy person out of a team of 20 or so is not bad). Deserving of special mention are one Dr and Nurse. They're the people I see most often, and they are brilliant and the medical stuff and incredibly humane and compassionate.
