About: The Newcastle Upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

I visited RVI women's health clinic today and was made to feel at ease from the moment I approached the reception desk. Every single member of the team was pleasant and polite, every step of my examination and procedure was fully explained to me. I was treated with kindness and felt valued and listened to and that made such a difference to my visit to the unit today. Thank you so much.
