"Cant get through on the phone"

About: University Hospital Ayr / Urology

(as the patient),

I have been  trying the number for the incontinence service from a letter I received however I cannot get through, I have phoned 5 times now and left my contact details and no-one has returned my call. It states on the letter that if I do not make another appointment within 1 week on the date of this letter I will no longer be able to access the service which is very worrying.

Please can someone advise me what to do?
