"None responsive and very poor quality of service "

I contacted to Lewisham IAPT service as a Domestic abuse victim( as man) and experiencing post traumatic stress disorder and suicidal thoughts . Not only did they loose my paper work from my initial referral after having a extensive assessment over the phone, I was left to Waller in my distress . I called the service to chase up my referral and eventually got a letter that said they couldn't help me and sent my long list of services to contact which I did and none of them could help me. I feel very let down by Lewisham IAPT service and can understand why so many people are being failed by the NHS and ending up committing suicide .
