I found the food hairmyres canteen over priced & bland, don't  try to tell me your prices are fair. Either reduce the prices or increase the portions to match your prices.

We are sorry to hear the retail food offering was not to your expectations. We strive provide a value for money offering to all our customers whether visiting or staying in the hospital. All our meals are made with quality ingredients sourced from traceable and reputable suppliers and we are disappointed this did not live up to you expectations on you visit.

All our recipes are designed and managed centrally and are strictly adhered too to ensure continuity of our food offering within the retail establishment.

We will continue to carry out visits to other similar retail establishments to continue review their pricing structures.
