(as a service user),

I had as good an experience as was possible.   Treated with dignity and care throughout by the excellent nursing and medical staff. I would like to thank all staff involved for their high level of professionalism and making me feel as comfortable as possible through their excellent information provision  and their very high level of caring skills.
