"Kept my mind off what was going on"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Urology

(as a service user),

I had a appointment today at Queen Margaret in Dunfermline, Fife. To be honest I wasn’t looking forward to it but it went much better than I was expecting. The nurse who dealt with it was very professional, made me feel as comfortable as possible and kept my mind off what was going on by chatting away to me through out the procedure.

Dear Tague

Thank you for taking the time to post on Care Opinion.

It is an anxious time coming to hospital for a procedure so it was nice to read that our staff were professional and able to make you feel comfortable throughout.
