We visited A&E this morning, we were dealt with efficiently by the reception staff and triaged very quickly. The reception staff were lovely. We then experienced a very long wait to see the doctor. Far longer than the app suggests!! People who had entered after us were seen before us. The doctor was not interested in the slightest, we weren’t even offered a through examination. He was rude, seemed to only be interested in the nurse who was sat near him. I now feel like we need to visit another A&E to get some real advice.
