Turned up for a procedure only to be told it couldn’t be done there. No phone call in the week to tell me not to arrive. Despite me calling them twice to confirm. Failed to send my results to the insurance company. However they told me they had sent them when I visited for the failed appointment. Took them two weeks to contact me to let me know they had forgotten to get my signature to send the results. When they contacted me were incredibly rude and dismissive. Ended with the receptionist hanging up the phone on me mid sentence despite being very calm and just enquiring as to when the new injection would take place.
"Awful, awful, awful"
