"Very impressed"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Cardiology Royal Alexandra Hospital / General Medicine (wards 8, 10, 11, 14, 18 & 27)

(as a service user),

Recently I spent a few days in EMU before being transferred to cardiology.. I was very impressed with all staff not only in professional way patients were treated but kindness and caring shown to all..especially following admission once all formalities were completed patients were always offered a cuppa, asked if they wanted a sandwich...even in middle of night...and given assistance if necessary...as a retired nurse and aware of pressures on staff   I commend all staff...so a massive thank you to all.

Dear Neilstonian,

Thank you for taking time to post this feedback and I will ensure this is shared with all the relevant teams.

A person centred approach to our delivery of care is what we strive for and I am re-assured by your comments, we have achieved this for you and possibly others.

I would like to take this opportunity to wish you well with your continued recovery.

Paul
