About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

From the moment I had my initial assessment meeting until discharge from the hospital ward I received excellent customer care. I was kept involved in my treatment, all aspects of the operation was explained to me. The surgical team were respectful and supportive, the nursing staff were caring and helpful.
