"I would like this to get to the people that matter"

About: Charing Cross Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I was referred with a blood clot to Charing X Hospital yesterday by my GP and today received a text message on my mobile phone to complete a survey. The link sent does not work!

I would like this to get to the people that MATTER, i.e. Charing X Hospital Accident and Emergency. I pass on my thanks for the excellent standard of care received for my medical problem, All the staff were charming and helpful  including the main consultant who attended to my medical needs through to start to finish identifying the problem I e; blood clot in my leg and prescribing me with the start of the right medication in order to treat the sickness and all the other matters relating.

I cant thank the hospital enough for there care and attention.

Thank goodness I Live in the United Kingdom.
