"Bad service"

On 13 of January 2020,I had an appointment to allergic Clinic at Hospital, the doctor gave me a prescription, she told me to sent everything to Waterbeach Gp, I was waiting long, after on 14 of February I went to Waterbeach Gp, to ask if they had my letter, I suffer of Ashma and I need medicine, plus antihistamines, the lady at reception lies to me, she told me they never get a letter, the day after I got a letter from the hospital, there was write inside the address of my gp, cross, and the date they sent it was 31 January 2020.

So What at Gp did, hiding stuff, I am still bad
