"Worst doctor"

Rude and arrogant doctor. He let patients to wait even though he was free. I have an earache and the GP told me i have an ear infection. He give me spray antibiotics. When i used it, it worsened my ear situation. Then i call them to have a appointment but the staff told to call again if i going to see the GP. And i went straight to A&E and the doctor said my ear was full of ear wax so why my GP knows i have an infection.
