"She is brilliant at her job"

Maxine came to see me when she said she would, always on time. Soon as I met her she put me at ease. I was so pleased, she was so informative and gave me lots of information. I am due to have a hip replacement and she was just so lovely to me, you can tell she is a caring person and brilliant at her job. I had used google on the internet to research what I would be like after surgery - it was a bit scary, but Maxine had more knowledge and talked me through everything. I was reassured by her knowledge and kindness. Thank you Maxine.
