"Abysmal"

Greenfields has contributed to making me feel even more detached and alienated from society than I have ever been in my entire life. I seemingly do not exist to the people that work at the centre, despite attending appointments for a year. They failed to assign me a care co-ordinator when the one I had left. They never seem to care or check in on me, no matter how badly im doing or how long I avoid engaging with doctors or mental health services (due to feeling like there's no point). Perhaps worst of all, they show absolutely no signs of even acknowledging their failures, or trying to improve.
