"Great ptactise"

We visited kempton ward today with my three children and one of them had to get her bloods taken.The staff nurse who took the bloods was so helpful and accommodating with all of us .She made us all ver welcomed and made it very easier for my 5 years old daughter who was very nervous to get her bloods taken out.The nurse spoke to my daughter and myself in a lovely manner and explained to both of us about how the bloods will be taken .She was very child friendly and made it easier for her that it was with in minutes we went in and had the bloods out .I was very anxious how it will go for her at first .Thanks to the lovely well trained NHS staff you do a fantastic job .
