I'm not to please with the booking system as they say ring up at 8am and when you do it takes a hour to get through and then when you get through there is no appointments; now the paramedics have come in which if it wasn't for them we wouldn't be seen. This has been my surgery for 21 years and the past 5 years haven't been so good their was never any doctors on site and if they was it would be one doctor seeing patients and they would be running 30-60minutes behind. There is a new Doctor that has started and he has made my experience in the surgery much better and is helping me with my needs.
