About: Bushloe Surgery

My son is currently experiencing severe migraines every 2 days for the past week. We contacted the surgery yesterday but was offered an appointment for the 12th March. I explained that he could not wait this long and that he was suffering from severe sickness, incapacitating head pains and vision loss. This was affecting his schooling and everyday life. She was extremely rude and unsympathetic, replying well I can give you a telephone call back on 5th March!!! It seems this is not an emergency , I demanded that a doctor calls me back otherwise I would have to call 111. Eventually she put us on the call back list. However no call back received,I today called back and yet again the rude receptionist looked into the matter, saying that the doctor called

back, I have no record on my phone, nor any messages to say they had called. She became very rude saying look I’ve spoken to you several time’s and it had been done. I now await another call back!!
