"Fantastic support"

About: The Colne Practice

(as a parent/guardian),

I called the GP surgery at 5: 15pm on a Tuesday evening, explained that my son had right sided abdominal pain and a slight fever. Even though they had no appointments available, the GP kindly agreed to see him. He got seen at 6: 20 pm, referred to Watford General as an emergency and had surgery that night for appendicitis. The receptionist was so helpful and the two GP’s that saw my son that evening were confident in the diagnosis and helped in the early identification of appendicitis, which would have ruptured if left much longer. Thank you all.
