I've been trying to book an appointment on the same day for the last three days. Firstly, they never picked up the phones at 8 a.m. Once they answered (after 11) I was told that not time slot was left for the day. I was suggested to book online, but however early I tried (4 a.m.!) still, no time slot was available with any doctor, any time of the day! I believe they just cancelled the same day service. Awful experience!

We are sorry that your experience of accessing our appointments has been disappointing. Note we're experiencing high demand and the situation is made worse by people who book appointments and then do not attend them. We are constantly reviewing our systems. If all the appointments are full you can telephone 020 3849 6809 between 6:30pm and 9pm Mon-Fri, and 8am to 9pm on weekends and bank holidays for an appointment with a local GP at another practice who will be able to access your notes. Full details are available on the practice website.

With regard to online bookings, we do not cancel the online service or same day service (unless instructed to do so by NHS England). Two thirds of our appointments are released on the same day.
