"rude reception lady"

I have spoken to the same person twice now with a rude and inappropriate manner. I cannot name them due to nhs review rules but I will raise this with the surgery manager.

Although judging by no responses ever on there views on here, does not look like the manager cares much either!?

All very pleasant until you ask as question that cannot be answered and then the tactic is to be obstructive and curt so you do not feel comfortable talking any longer to her, disgusting attitude!

One time when I announced the name of who I was calling about she actually said "what's wrong today?" (through an audible sigh!), unnecessarily sarcastic and unsympathetic behaviour.
