My father in law who is an elderly gentleman had surgery for a hernia under the NHS at Spire Liverpool and what fantastic care he received. The nurse looking after him has to be the most caring nurse my father in law and I have met. I have to say despite working in what appeared to be a very busy place, she could not do enough for us, during his stay. All the staff we met where very professional, although this nurse was so caring in her manner she done everything possible to make sure he was comfortable, and explained everything to us before and after his operation.
The room he was given was very comfortable and exceptionally clean, his painkillers that he was to go home with was provided by the pharmacist who again explained what he needed to take and when, all before he was due to go home. Fantastic care, well done Spire Liverpool
