(as a service user),

Just want to say my hernia repair surgery was carried out in February. Everything went ok and I’m full of praise too all members of staff from checking in too been discharged from the assessment team to the surgical team and after care team you are a credit too your profession , When I’m fully mobile I will be down too thank you
