"Disgusting mixed sex toilets"

I am sorry to say that the toilet facilities on the ground floor were filthy when I visited today, 19th February. Although this was due to the boy who came out of the mixed sex cubicle before me having not flushed the toilet and having urinated all over the seat, providing urinal facilities in a proper Gents loo would mean that women would not have to put up with this. How people can be so disgusting as to mistreat facilities in a hospital of all places defeats me. Sorry to rant and even more sorry for the hard working cleaning staff whose work is so essential to the community and who shouldn't have to put up with this.
