I’m writing to say a huge thank you. I called the surgery tonight at 6:00 PM following my return from work. My daughter had been complaining of a stomach ache on and off for about a week which culminated in her wetting the bed last night (she’s 6.5 and has never wet the bed). When I got home from work tonight she was still complaining so I called at 6:00. The receptionist was so kind. Instead of directing me to the walk in centre, she put me through to a GP who I spoke to. She agreed to see my daughter despite the surgery closing. My daughter struggled to do a urine sample but the GP waited patiently. A diagnosis of a UTI was made and antibiotics prescribed.
My family and I have been patients of Millway for about 2.5 years. I have nothing but praise for the surgery.
