The nurse was very rude and had done the same to my niece a while back too.

They expected me to know what vaccines I should have rather than being helpful and saying that based on this country I was going to I needed these injections. It was only when I was being overly nice that they acted a little nicer to me. I would of hated to have been someone who had low confidence, low self esteem or the elderly, as I would of been intimidated by their confrontation and rudeness.

Thank you for your feedback concerning your consultation with our locum Nurse. In an effort to avoid such situations occurring again, I have raised your concerns with the locum Nurse in question.

We apologies for the unhelpful experience you had encountered and hope that any further contact you have with our surgery is a positive.
