"Walk in clinic"

About: Locala Community Partnerships CIC / Bradford Sexual Health

(as the patient),

I have just been to the Bradford Walk in Centre and I was told I could not have an appointment. They didnt seem very busy, so I asked if I could book an appointment as I have done this in the past. I was then told I was not able to pre book appointments.

What type of service is this?

I also was not given the option to wait to see someone, so left.

I think the HR department should speak to their staff about how to speak to patients.

My role at Locala is to listen to service users and understand how it feels to use our services. I report back to services and managers. I support to make change where needed. I really enjoy my job. Making a difference is important to me!
