I felt ignored for much of the time by several members of staff in all departments.

I had to spend several weeks in a totally isolated environment, due to my illness, during which time I was very well treated by the some staff, but very poorly treated by others. Some of the staff who treated me didn’t seem to understand English or speak it very well.

From what I observed, some staff seemed to disregard many job tasks, often leaving my room filthy, refusing to empty bed bottles and commodes, and asking the cleaners to do the jobs ( which often were never completed ).
