They must treat there private patients differently. We where referred here by the nhs for a ct scan. Firstly the door to the entrance to imaging department was closed so we had to use the main entrance we had already walked past. We then met the a uninterested receptionist who told us were to we needed to go like we were the biggest nuisance in her day. To get the imaging department from the inside theres only a lift. My partner who is a very anxious person cant use lifts. We met a lovely lady who pointed us back to reception who would open the closed door to the Imaging department ( we had been there once already). We could have put up with that, we've had worse. Then theres not receptionist in the imaging department and we just waited ( not for long thankfully ) she was called in. She came out 10 mins later in tears because how she was treated, and still crying 20 mins after we left. She wasn't told what was going to happen and just left in the room. She was treated like a piece of meat. This is the kind of job you need to show some compassionate skills. I hope we never have to go here again
