Needed an appointment today and the new triage system put in place is brilliant!
Call up and give brief details and you get a call back from your doctor who then gives advice on the phone or books you in to see them. Fantastic way of working and getting an appointment is much easier.
Great improvement for the surgery and the staff running the system are caring and helpful
