"Terrible service "

Absolutely terrible service. Brought my finance after collapsing on a night out and was basically made a joke out of. I thought there might be a degree of professionalism especially considering that people tend to be at their most vulnerable when visiting a hospital, however this doesn't seem to be the case. I wouldn't mind so much but it's not exactly like all the staff were rushed of their feet. I always held doctors and nurses and all the staff who work within the healthcare industry in high regard, however, this experience has made me change my positive preconceptions. I don't go to hospital very often and if I do it has been because of my grandparents, but I can honestly say that I'm glad they have never had this displeasure of having to visit this hospital. I'm almost certain that not all staff who work here are judgemental and I'm certain that so much good comes from this hospital and alot of people are saved because of the dedication and care they receive, I just wish that all patients received the same sort of care and dedication as everyone else. We all have jobs that are stressful working long hours and deal with people who we may not want to deal with but we still hold no prejudice and treat everyone the same no matter who they are.
