"Treated like I could not understand what was wrong"

About: Worthing Hospital / Older people's healthcare

(as the patient),

I went to a private hospital today and the different standard of treatment was amazing. I  am NHS patient too.   It reminded me of a stay at Worthing not too long ago where I and other patients were treated like we could not possibly understand what was wrong and I spoken over as if I was not there when my son asked my condition.

Today there were smiling faces , laughs,everything was clean my condition and treatment were fully explained. I felt human and respected and listened too. Nothing was too much trouble.
