"Not Helpful"

Phoned Sunday Morning after an uncomfortable night of pain. I had a tooth out 2 days before. Was asked a lot of questions one being is the swelling bigger than a golf ball it was along the jaw and so the answer was no. Apparently despite telling the call handler I am medically trainied and so knew the gum was infected, I was told to go to the chemist and get stronger pain killers as I did not meet the criteria!!!! Needless to say I went back to my extremley helpful dentist today to be told I have "a very infected gum." Now on antibiotics!!
