"An amazing experience"

Hi there,

Apologies for the late email as i have just got back from Airedale.

I honestly from the bottom of my heart cant thank you enough and i'm really sad that i didnt catch anyones names tonight that helped us. 

At 10 o clock last night my baby woke up inconsolable. He has had a cold for over a week and although we had him to the doctors he'd checked out fine. He was sucking in under his ribs so i called 111 they calmly sent an ambulance that arrived in under ten minutes checked him over and decided we needed to be checked over at airedale everyone was just so calm and so nice even when the biggest storm for years is raging and did their best to keep me calm too! We were seen very quickly and he had stopped sucking in by then it turns out it was a viral ear infection and thankfully he was discharged swiftly but it was a scary situation that was handled with a calmness and care that ill never forget the two paramedics were amazing as were the ladies that checked us in and the doctor that saw us. I cant thank you enough!
