About: Dorset County Hospital / Neurology Yeovil District Hospital / Neurology

(as the patient),

Waited 4 months for the appointment, needed an MRI, waited 6 weeks, now coming up 10 weeks and still no MRI report or plan of action for my care. After requesting another referral to a different hospital I was referred to Yeovil. The referral letter from my GP to Yeovil I found offensive, therefore I have since declined the referral.
