I attended Torbay A and E after being referred via 111. This was in the middle of Storm Ciara. From being booked in at A and E until seeing the on call Cosultant, I was treated promptly by all concerned with courtesy, sensitivity, efficiency and professionalism. The Consultant attended in the midst of the storm. Although the NHS is always clearly under huge pressure, I could not have had better treatment.Thank you to all concerned.
