(as the patient),

Dr Mascarenhas at Calder Valley Surgery allowed me as much time as I needed to discuss my issues, he listened to me and delivered sensitive person centered care He promoted respect, maintained my dignity and privacy during my examination.

He also had an excellent teaching manner with the medical students who were present during the appointment. Thank you for your excellent care and thoughtful attention.
