"Poor practice"

About: New Queen Street Surgery

I saw dr for two years I have had a cough and mucus told by nice asst at boots chemist in Whittlesey I was wasting money on medicine make dr appt dr took me of 50g of atenolol and put me on 20g of another tablet I felt so ill 0n phoning surgery 12’ppwho wasn’t helpful at all to dial 111 I had the most terrible headache and felt so ill I was disgusted I asked for a manager to ring me no one did it is not only me most people in Whittlesey feel the same you shouldn’t have to tell a not so helpful receptionist what is wrong or a nurse you have to be dying to get an appt at 75years old why should I walk down in the dark at 7.30
