About: Lynwood Medical Centre

The surgery has an online appointment system once you have registered, that's OK, but there is no link to the service provider from the Lynwood Website so unless you can remember the name that can't work! My GP suggested if my symptoms don't improve in two weeks to make another appointment. Tried the online method but as there is no link that didn't work, and I don't always have my phone attached to my ear at 4pm to call and make an appointment! The name of the service provider came to mind this morning so I logged on to find NO APPOINTMENTS!!!

Eight GP's I think are registered at this centre and still taking on more patients, no wonder A & E are inundated!

Do away with the automated telephone system and employ a person to answer the phones, then we might actually be able to see a GP when necessary.

I am sorry you had a bad experience. Please provide further detail and I will look into this for you. I do not understand which link is missing as I have checked and all the links on the website are working fine. Please provide more detail so that I can investigate.
