About: Cricklewood Health Centre

I went there today to have stitches removed from a biopsy at the Royal Free. I was passed around from pillar to post. When I was seen one & a half hours later I passed my letter to the nurse that the Royal Free had given me,she asked me What hospital sent you here? I proceeded to say it's on the letter which I had given her,she then went on to ask "what type of stitches are they? I mean how am I supposed to know that. Totally unprofessional. She then went on to remove my stitches without putting any gloves on. How utterly unhygienic, thought that would be a basic requirement. This is the most awful place I have ever visited.

Dear Patient,

I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the service received and I apologise for the time that it has taken to respond to your review.

I have spoken with the Nurse at the Practice who has had a chance to review the comments made by you. She is sorry that you had a bad experience and has reflected on your comments; Infection Control is taken seriously at Cricklewood GP Led Health Centre and we are sorry on this occasion you felt that this was not the case.

I will like to thank you for taking the time to feedback your concerns and on behalf of Cricklewood GP Led Health Centre and myself I would like to apologise for any upset and inconvenience caused to you. If you would like to meet with me to discuss this matter further please call 03000 334 335 and quote Ref: NHSC-012 and request a call back from myself to arrange a time that is convenient for you.
