I needed a blood test and having always gone to Corbett hospital where staff are excellent I witnessed very rude behaviour last night from the blood test nurses.   The letter I had got said it was open till 6 o'clock so I arrived at 17. 42 purchased a ticket and waited along with about 10 people, at 17. 50 the nurse came out and said they were not taking anymore blood the nurse said there was a sign up but when checked there wasn't, obviously people were angry as they shouldn't have been able to purchase a ticket and why let us wait when they weren't going to attend to us some also had to pay for their parking as they had been there longer than me.   System needs to be looked at as I understand they want to get home but they should change the times on the letter to accommodate the closing down and cut off times for the nurses.
