(as a service user),

I attended the Emergency Department at Wishaw recently, with a sore shoulder.  I was seen by Alan the physio who was extremely helpful and professional.  He carried out a detailed examination and then advised me with regard to exercises to help.

I’ve been carrying them out and have already seen an improvement.
