"Unacceptable"

About: Heartlands Hospital

My 2year old had been unwell since a week ago and we have been sent home before by A&e. Today he had been vomiting blood and fever still would not go and still had not been eating. We have waited for 7 hours and saw doctors sitting on the desks but was just calling people very slow.

Finally when we where seen, doctor said that vomiting blood is not normal but still sent us home saying if it happens again to come back. My two year old had been unwell for a week now and not swallowing.

Also the waiting area was very dirty with drinks spilt everywhere and floors where dirty and nothing was clean. The toilets also was not clean
