"Excellent care"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Imaging

(as a service user),

I attended for a head MRI recently. I had previously attended, but did not tolerate the procedure due to feeling claustrophobic and very anxious despite the best efforts of the staff.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to radiographer Lynsey and her assistant Liz who treated me. They were so kind, understanding and compassionate. Although I was very anxious about the scan, they took their time to explain everything to me and reassured me. I felt very cared for and safe, and tolerated the procedure.

Excellent patient care, Thank you both so much.
