"Great experience, clean, spacious and put at ease"

This was my first experience at the surgery. It was well layed out and easily signposted where to self sign in. Clear instructions on screen navigating which waiting area to go to. The waiting room and minor ops room were clean and spacious. The Dr was very friendly and checked in regularly that pain was still under control and took away all anxiety that I had. All staff that I saw were friendly and approachable. I would be more than happy to come back if assigned to this surgery again in future and actually have it as a preference.
