"Long wait for my first appointment."

(as a service user),

IDD Occupational Therapy

- I feel I had to wait a long time for my first appointment 

- I understood my OT care plan

- OT has helped me

I enjoyed attending the gardening group, we played some games, made wraps and I liked meeting new people

- The OT service could be improved by:

     -being seen quicker

     -the group running again for others

Thank you for your feedback about occupational therapy services and I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed the gardening group and feel that OT has helped you. I apologise for the time you waited to be seen by your OT. I am exploring how we can work differently across the service to ensure that people do not need to wait un-necessarily for their appointments. Your feedback is very important to us in being able to make changes and improve our services. So thank you
