Some receptionists not all , are very rude on the phone, they bang phones in our ears and talk very unprofessionally.

Dear Patient,
I am sorry you had a bad experience. Please provide further detail and I will look into this for you. We have made enormous changes to staffing and premises. We are working tirelessly to improve our services further and hopefully our patients will see the improvements.
