"Practice Diabetic Nurse is the best"

I went for normal checkup following my blood test on Monday. The Nurse was absolutely fantastic. She explained to me KCal, diet, diabetic range, by using diagrams which was so good that I now have a picture in my mind and will never forget my goals to improve my health. She set me a target what my diabetic counter should be in 3 months time and advised on what foods I should avoid. Although I thought I was healthy but I was eating the wrong food for my health. I wondered why I was not losing weight even though I go Gym 5 days a week. And follwoing discussion with her I found out why. I am changing my diet and going back in 3 months for a blood test and review. Thank You nurse.
